Shipping Policy Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. In case of high order volume or delays, we will notify you by email. Shipping Times Domestic shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (weather, customs, carrier delays). Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information. Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility. Damaged or Lost Items We are not liable for lost or damaged packages during transit, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos as proof.
